Due to our continued growth and recent company restructuring Stour / Classic Lifts South is looking to employ a number of new members to our busy, friendly team.

Engineers

We currently have a number of engineer positions available.

The ideal candidates will live near Dorset & Hampshire or the surrounding areas. The jobs involve
service, repair, and reactive works of all manufacture types of lift with the use of a company vehicle,
mobile phone & PDA being provided.

If you consider yourself to meet the criteria below, please get in touch!

• Experience with planned preventative lift maintenance
• Experience in fault finding, call outs & repairs
• Preferably an NVQ qualification of Level 3 or Equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence

The successful applicant will also display the following attributes:

• Commitment to first-class customer service
• Integrity, reliability, and willingness to be a team player
• Demonstrable knowledge of workplace health and safety
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to follow written instructions

Applicants for this role will also be required to:

• Be part of the on-call rota with standby allowance and additional paid overtime
• Receive a clear DBS check

In time, the role and responsibilities will no doubt develop based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, capabilities and attitude.

Admin

We are looking to employ two full-time administrators to join our friendly team at our office in Highcliffe, Dorset.

The ideal candidates will be proficient and experienced in administration. They will have strong
communication skills and will be the first point of contact on the phone to customers, suppliers, and
colleagues.

The roles involve logging callouts and service visits on our database, updating client
portals, processing orders and invoicing, and general administration duties.

This is a varied role with the potential to develop further within the company dependent on capabilities and attitude. Full training will be given on our systems and processes.
