Classic Lifts Limited completed the purchase of Stour Lifts Limited on 1st August 2022, accelerating strategy and adding additional skills to the business.
The acquisition is the latest move to accelerate Classic Lifts’ growth strategy for the UK and extend its regional coverage to provide enhanced customer service.
Classic gains significant presence and local market experience in the South of England complementing its current regional coverage. Additionally, the strong and experienced team within Stour will bring extra skills and knowledge to the overall group. The deal also aligns with Classic’s sustainability goals to bring its business closer to local markets and create employment within local communities.
Mark Buontempo, former Director and owner of Stour Lifts is appointed as Director for Classic Lifts Southern Region and will join the Classic Lifts senior management team.
Mark said: “In this new leadership role, I will continue to serve our current customers and lead our experienced and existing Stour Lifts local team. I also believe the alignment of the two organisations will allow us to provide a new level of customer service to both our local clients and Classic’s national customers.”
