Clarence Street Lifts Delivered
As reported last month Classic Lifts is pleased to be part of the transformation of this building in Manchester.
Previously a three-floor office block, an extra floor has been added to accommodate the design of the planned 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments, and the Classic Lifts design team advised on specific elements to ensure the lift installation met all physical and structural requirements.
The Lift installation at the site is now complete and the whole process of installation and testing was completed in 17 days. The on-site Classic team worked well with the multitude of trades working on the project and overcame all challenges to deliver a high quality finished product.
The Lift has now been handed over to the client following the test and commissioning stage and is now in service to assist the builder before the building is handed over to the end-user.
