Classic Lifts is excited to be part of the transformation of a building at Clarence Street in Manchester – providing a bespoke lift solution.
Previously a three-floor office block, an extra floor has been added to accommodate the design and transition into a residential building with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
To overcome the complexities of adding an additional floor and the constraints of the existing building, our design team conducted detailed-site surveys and provided an engineering solution which ensured all building elements were formed correctly and structural loadings were suitable.
Installation of the 4 floor, 8 person passenger lift has started – we’ll be providing updates as the project develops.
