Classic Lifts has once again demonstrated its commitment to developing talent from within, as Ben Harrison celebrates achieving his EOR 202 certificate.
Ben joined Classic Lifts on 2 December 2019 as a Business Administration Apprentice. After successfully completing his apprenticeship in 2020, he stepped into the role of Service Administrator within the branch. His drive to learn and willingness to take on new responsibilities then saw him move into the repairs department as an administrator, before being promoted to Repair Estimator.
Having consistently proved himself and demonstrated a strong work ethic and maturity, Ben was later promoted to Key Account Manager, where he now looks after three key accounts for the branch.
Keen to continue his professional development and deepen his technical understanding, Ben requested to undertake the EOR 202 qualification. Classic Lifts supported his ambition, enrolling him on the course, and he successfully achieved formal qualification in September 2025.

Commenting on Ben’s journey, Ben Wright, Service Division Director for London & South Coast, said:
“We always look to promote from within and upskill our team and Ben has risen through the ranks. Ben is one of those people that thrive on training and is always looking to the future, so this qualification will open more doors for him and also means he will be safe when on site completing site audits. Great work as usual Ben, onwards and upwards.”
Ben’s progression from apprentice to Key Account Manager, coupled with his newly acquired EOR 202 qualification, is a clear example of Classic Lifts’ long-term investment in its people and its belief in building careers, not just filling roles.
