All reactive and planned preventative maintenance visits are logged on our Service Management Software and then sent electronically to the engineers PDA. Real time information is transmitted back to the office enabling our Service Team to know the current status of every call.
Engineers close down the call prior to leaving site including information such as work done, time spent, parts used and the customers signature. This is then fed directly in to the Service Management Software leaving our Service Team free to give their full attention to our Customers.
